CLAD RACK WAREHOUSE SYSTEM
Clad Rack Warehouse is the Self
Supported system at the same time, this system eliminates the need for
roof and facade and allows you to install a traditional construction free
racking system. It does not require traditional steel structure or concrete
building, accordingly it does not require construction investment which allow
to provide a price advantage between 18% and 30%. It avoids area losses due to
traditional building columns and roof beams, which helps to get more space and
capacity in the building.
Since the Clad Rack Building System is in
demounted structure, it can easily be moved to another place and can be
assembled. The corridor distances in building-free racking systems can be
determined according to the device to be used. In Self Supported
Racking system, concrete is applied on the ground, racking structure is
fixed on it, then covered with facade cladding (sandwich panel) and the
warehouse is formed. Nowadays, Clad Rack warehouses systems up
to 40 meters can be built and is able achieve maximum performance when
integrated with AS/RS systems. There is optional design with VNA
trucks or Stacker cranes in the main aisle as a main carrier integrated with
Shuttle system which provides faster and cheaper fully automatic storage
system.
The structural design of Self Supported Racking system
considers seismic load, snow, and wind loads of the warehouse location by our
structural engineer department. We manufacture all the projects with the
awareness and responsibility of being a country locating on earthquake zone.
